The North Durham Family Health Team (NDFHT), in partnership with Brock CHC, is now offering health care services to clients living in the Township of Brock who do not have a primary care provider. This clinic will be staffed by nurses and nurse practitioners from NDFHT and will operate out of Brock CHC’s Cannington location.
