Unattached Patient Program
The North Durham Family Health Team is partnering with Brock Community Health Centre to provide healthcare services to clients living in the Township of Brock who do not currently have a primary care provider (doctor or nurse practitioner).
The clinic will be staffed by nurses and nurse practitioners from the North Durham Family Health Team. The hours of operation are Thursdays from 9:30am-3:30pm.
