Primary Care Patient Experience 2023 – Survey Highlights
Each year, Brock CHC conducts a Primary Care Patient Experience Survey. Understanding patient experiences are key to understanding the quality of care in
Brock CHC, and allows the organization to gain insight into which processes are working well and which can be improved. By collecting data, establishing a baseline and analyzing this information, Brock CHC can improve and redesign its processes, monitor progress over time, and improve patient experiences.
Our 2023 survey ran the month of December. Input from 101 Primary Care patients was obtained. Below is a summary of survey results.
